At Rosina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below. 

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item unused, unworn and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging and receipts.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team at Info@rosinaclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return and a brief explanation of the reason of return. 

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items. 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
